Sean Eddings
Mighty Acorn is excited to announce that we have been awarded a prime position on the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ statewide ITS81 contract. The ITS81 contract is a 10-year, $470 million contracting vehicle designed to engage top-tier IT vendors in supporting the state’s digital transformation. As part of this award, Mighty Acorn is now eligible to bid on projects focused on software operations and support services for the Commonwealth (category 2). This opportunity enables us to contribute further to the Commonwealth’s efforts to enhance digital interactions with the public.
This award complements our ongoing relationship with Massachusetts in supporting the Commonwealth’s digital goals. As technical architects, we have focused on building systems and processes that empower teams working with the Commonwealth to deliver world-class digital services to Massachusetts constituents. Our work with Massachusetts aligns with our mission at Mighty Acorn to make it easier for governments to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Our partnership with the Massachusetts Digital Service to launch an enterprise software architecture program has helped structure and streamline technical decision-making, accelerating service delivery while enhancing public trust. Similarly, our work on my.mass.gov, a unified platform for login and profile management, is designed to serve millions of residents and businesses, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security in line with the Commonwealth’s needs.
